Robert J. Fashano, President and CEO of Alliance Advisory Group, spoke at the first quarter meeting of the Buffalo-Niagara chapter of Women in Insurance and Finance Services (WIFS) on March 26, 2008 at Le Metro restaurant in the Tony Walker Center on Main Street in Williamsville, NY.
Drawing on his years of experience as a business owner, Mr. Fashano provided valuable insights on succeeding in any field. “Connecting with people is the essence of growing your business,” he advised. “Grow your people and your business will follow.”
Mr. Fashano is a noted national speaker for the insurance industry and other non-industry groups across the country. He serves on the board of Roswell Park and the Forest Lawn Heritage Foundation.
The WIFS chapter is open to property & casualty insurance agents, investment specialists, CPAs, attorneys, personal bankers, life insurance agents, financial planning specialists and others that work within or partner with the insurance and financial services industry.
